Corrections
If we published something inaccurate or out of date, tell us which guide and what is wrong. We check it, fix it on the page, and note what changed and when. This is the mail we prioritise.
Documents and terms
Card terms, fee schedules, dormancy notices, or denial letters. Primary documents are how we source claims, and a fee schedule nobody has written about is genuinely useful to us.
Tips from inside the industry
If you work at an issuer, processor, or retailer and something you have seen deserves attention, get in touch. Tell us up front what you need kept off the record and we will honour it.
